2011 McDonald’s All-American Quinn Cook is the heartbeat of this Warriors’ team, averaging 20.1 points and 10.5 assists per game. Headed to Duke in the fall, the senior point guard is ranked #39 in the ESPNU Top 100 and is potent when the game is on the line. He was a member of the USA Basketball Men’s U16 and U17 National Teams that won world championships in Argentina and Germany.
Oak Hill Academy comes to this year’s tournament ranked as the #5 team in the ESPN RISE FAB50. The Warriors ended their season 29-3, notching big wins against Montverde Academy (FL), Arlington Country Day (FL), and Memphis Melrose (TN). Home to alumni such as Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant and Rajon Rondo, Oak Hill has three Division I commits on their roster. In addition to Cook, seniors Keith Hornsby and Daniel Gomis are headed to the University of North Carolina-Asheville and Oregon State University, respectively.
